Reporter: I got a phone call a couple days ago from Diana Salizar the the legal department at Bigelow Aerospace and she wanted to let me know that Robert Bigelow wanted a retraction in our paper clarifying that Robert Bigelow is not whatsoever associated with Adamantium Realestate.  I said ok well i'm going to need to see some positive proof, she said if thats the case I cant do that, you will have to take our word for it. 

This is directly from the recording from that july 18th meeting, you (Thomas Winterton) said word for word that, "this ranch has been owned by robert bigelow with bigelow aerospace and he has been of the attitude that he can what he wants when he wants how he wants and if you dont like it you can sue him. fortunately he (Bigelow) has brought on an additional individual who, for business purposes, has to remain anomoymous.  This individual woudl like to do everything legally, would like to be a good partner with the county, would like to make sure everything is on the up and up". 

That indicates that Robert Bigelow plus a business owner or businessman who has to remain anomymous, and is in ownership of Adamantium Real Estate. Which is something that now Robert Bigelow is denying and says is not the case, but from what i can do here at the paper we are not able to get who owns Adamantium Real Estate. I understand if that the case you have been very clear with Rob and myself that you cant say who owns it, i understand that, so what we are going to have to do is run a article that explains to readers, ok because Robert Bigelow is disputing this, we have to represent their side ethically, so we need to run a article saying that robert bigelow is disputing anything to do with adamantium holdings. I just wanted to get your perspective on that quote of yours that I read from the July 18th meeting. Are you maintaing that that is an accurate statement?

Thomas Winterton: Will you read it word for word one more time?

Thomas Winterton: Ok so I stand by that quote 100%.  No clarifications needed...... that being said, I stand by that statement 100%.

Reporter: Ok, well i will ask again regardless what your answer is, are you able to give me any sort of yes or no as to whether Robert Bigelow is an owner of Adamantium Real Estate totally forgetting about who the other anonymous person is? 

Thomas Winterton: I will just stand by the comments that I made in the county comission, and state that that is correct.... The statement that I made in the meeting was correct.... The statement I made in the county comission is correct.
