High tone ringing sound

Just wondering is this is the same strange noise people hear?

I have had this high tone pitch of sound in my ears since I was a kid.
until recently I never noticed till really today, when reading some post, my stero was drowned out and I couldnt hear the music even though it was blasting, then when I got up, i was almost blown down by wondering why I had it up so loud.
Then Just a few minutes ago, replying to Skinwalker over bottle hollow, it happened again.
Its like a constiant pitch tone, like for hearing tests.

Any comments, am i just going crazy and hearing stuff now

this sound typically occurs immediatly before a ufo encounter, at the beginning stages of a DMT trip, during deep meditation, and during moments of danger.  I have heard it years ago at skinwalker, but not recently.  As a child i would hear it alot.  Most recent time i heard something similiar was in Sedona when some hippy hit a bowl with a wooden dowl and the vibration made the same noise.   I believe its called a Tibetan Singing Bowl
