perhaps something on the multiverse or quantum theory and how it relates to the paranormal

You guys should check out the book "In The Big Thicket" by Rob Riggs.

The Big Thicket is similar to the ranch and this guy has some interesting views on the paranormal events that occur there.

It's interesting too because I've been researching the Thicket and there's a lot of things that people talk about that aren't even included in the book.
